How to Apply for Online Scholarship

  1. Scholarship eligibility criteria are mentioned in the relevant Course Page on our website (www.allen.in)
  2. Before Course purchase, the student must apply online to avail the scholarship benefit on the course fee. To apply, go to your desired Course page & scroll down to select Document-Based Scholarship.
  3. After Course purchase, log in to your profile on www.allen.in, navigate to Document-Based Scholarship, upload the required documents, and submit your application for the scholarship disbursement.
  4. Student must upload all the required documents, in original, for verification as mentioned below.
  5. Scholarship requests made verbally or through phone/email shall not be entertained in any case.
  6. Online Applications for scholarship will be processed within the next 24-72 hours from the date of application submission.
  7. Last date to submit the scholarship application form is 30/09/2026. No application for scholarship thereafter shall be accepted in any case.

Important Information :

  1. Students whose results of the XII Board 2026 / NEET (UG) 2026 / JEE (Main) 2026 / JEE Advanced 2026 is awaited at the time of taking admission can also apply for a scholarship at a later stage (before the last date) with the documents mentioned below.
  2. In case of Applying for Scholarship after taking Admission you can avail scholarship either:
    1. At the time of paying the 2 or 3 Instalment amounts. OR
    2. By applying for Scholarship Disbursement.
  3. Disbursement of scholarship will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account by September 2026 or 1 month from the date of Application (whichever is later) through NEFT / RTGS only. For this cancelled Cheque or bank passbook first page copy, along with the scholarship documents, are required to be uploaded by the student while applying online for the scholarship.
  4. Scholarship provided on the basis of Class XII (result declared in 2026) will be provided in Current Academic Session (2026-27) only.
  5. Scholarship provided on the basis of CBSE XII Board / ICSE XII Board (TS04, TS06, ES04, ES06 and MS04, MS06) will be calculated on the basis of the aggregate of all subjects as mentioned in the Marksheet.
  6. Scholarship provided on the basis of NEET (UG) 2026 / JEE (Main) 2026 / JEE (Advanced) 2026 will be provided only in the current Academic Session (2026-27) only.
  7. Scholarship awarded in ASAT will be on the basis of the student's performance.
  8. The Scholarship amount will be calculated on either: Total amount, if Course Fee is paid in Instalments, Lumpsum, if Course Fee is paid in one-time payment.
  9. Scholarship for siblings will be available only for real brother / sister (s) studying in the Session 2026-27.
  10. A student is eligible for only one scholarship at a time. No two criteria can be clubbed to avail a deduction in Fee at ALLEN.

TS24, MS24, ES24 Any of the following for verifying the parent name: Birth Certificate / Aadhaar Card / Class X|XII Mark sheet.

Note: Student must carry His / Her valid photo ID proof (Preferably Aadhaar Card) in Original as well as in Photocopy.
